How does Lumi protect my privacy?
Your data stays on your device. Conversation history is stored locally and never sent to Anthropic or any third party unless you explicitly trigger a cloud action. Integration tokens live in your device's secure keychain. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Which devices does Lumi work on?
Android and iOS. All external service connections and AI capabilities work identically on both. Android adds full device control — toggling settings, managing apps, hands-free automation — because iOS restricts those APIs to Apple's own apps.
How is Lumi different from Siri or Google Assistant?
Siri and Google Assistant answer questions. Lumi does things. It orchestrates tasks across your apps, explains what it can't do, gives you the steps, and resumes automatically when you're done. It's built on modern LLMs that reason about multi-step tasks, not rule-based pattern matching.
Can I use Lumi at work with my company's tools?
Yes. Lumi Business connects to Slack, Notion, Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and more through MCP — the same protocol adopted by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft. Your IT team can manage access through SSO and the admin console.
What happens if Lumi can't complete a task?
Lumi tells you. You get a clear summary: what it did, what it can't do and why, the numbered steps to complete it yourself, and what happens after you're done. Resume points persist for 7 days, so you can come back later and pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of your current cycle with no penalty. Business plans run monthly or annually — annual includes a discount. No long-term contracts for Team or Business tiers.
